We were approached by a well established Leicestershire business after we had been recommended by one of their suppliers. They found themselves in the precarious position of having most of their business from just one source, and the amount of business from this source was reducing owing to public sector cuts. We moved quickly and spent two days with them on a strategic review and business planning, and produced a strategic marketing plan and marketing plan. We were in the very early stages of implementing the plan when unfortunately they went out of business. If only they had contacted us earlier and we had been able to put the plan into action……
